This afternoon I was taking some macro shots of cherry blossoms and people kept coming over to take pictures of/with it so when they came over I retreated into the shadows. At one point a.. couple(?) a man and woman in their early 50s I think walked over to the tree so I went back to sit at the bench and review pictures. The guy was probably American Caucasian and the girl was asian but not japanese or chinese. If I had to guess, they met 4 months ago. Anyway, she takes out a camera and hands it to the guy and says "ok now you need to say.. 'its February the 22nd in Nakameguro, the weather is 17 degrees, and the cherry blossoms are starting to bloom.'" and he goes wait I'm taking the video of you. Shouldn't you say it? And she angrily is like no I'm posing here by the pictures, so you have to say it. And he tries saying and she just yells at him that he forgot to say the date. And does it again and this time he paused before saying one of the lines. And ...

So on my way to work there is a park I cut through. It has a bridge called "firefly bridge" but it's kind of run-down and it's kind of like.. just covered in dirt and mud because presumably rain has carried the dirt to the bridge over the years. Anyway today the bridge has a new sign and now it reads "dirt bridge"

LOL I just ran into the lady who works at a 711 on my way to work. Or I should say she almost ran into me while running a red light on her bike Very memorable person because she has scolded me at least twice when she noticed I passed her merchandise with the barcode facing her in a way that would be easy to scan. *turns onigiri barcode on table face-up* *slaps hand away* やらなくていいよ！
